How it works

Vacancy to meeting, in five stages.

The homepage shows this as an animation. Here it is as something you can read at your own pace, forward it to a colleague, or argue with.

The five stages

01

Signal detection

A vacancy goes live. We see it the same day.

Adzuna and Jooble are watched continuously, with a web-search leg behind them. A new posting in your market is flagged within hours of going live — not on the next weekly pull, and not when someone remembers to check. We read sanctioned APIs; we do not scrape.

02

Org resolution

The posting becomes a company.

Job adverts are often posted under a board's name, a brand, or a trading style rather than the legal entity. Org search resolves the poster to the actual employer and its domain, so the next step has something real to work with.

03

Contact resolution

The company becomes people you can actually email.

The domain resolves to named decision-makers with verified email addresses, through Apollo on your key. No list-building, no CSV round trip, and no guessing at first.last@ patterns.

04

Sequencing

Four steps. Reply and it stops. 300 a day, never more.

A four-step sequence begins, grounded in the vacancy itself — hours since it went live, how many roles are open, what the company actually does. A reply pauses the sequence for that contact automatically. The 300-per-inbox daily cap is enforced in code, not a setting you can turn up.

05

Booking

Nobody touched it.

The reply is classified for intent. Positive intent triggers a Calendly invite and syncs to Google Calendar. That handoff was verified end to end on 23 July 2026.

The reference run

Four hours posted, to booked in three days.

This is one run on one account — Reliance Recruitment, our reference customer — not an average, and not a promise. We are instrumenting real numbers now and they go public as they land.

  1. Vacancy goes live

The employer posts. At this point nobody in your market knows.

  2. Detected — 4h

The posting shows up in the feed while it is still hours old.

  3. Employer resolved

Poster resolved to the real company and its domain.

  4. Contacts resolved

Domain resolved to named decision-makers with verified addresses.

  5. Sequence starts

Step one goes out, grounded in that specific posting.

  6. Reply

Classified for intent. Positive intent triggers the Calendly invite.

  7. Meeting booked — 3d 04h

In the calendar three days and four hours after the job went live.

Before you go live

Every account starts in Test Mode. The whole pipeline above runs and renders real messages, but nothing leaves the building until someone enters the PIN. You can watch it work on your own market before it sends a single email.
