Integrations
Six things connected. One still being evaluated.
Status against each
| Integration | Role | Status |
|---|---|---|
Instantly | Sending | Included Every message goes out through Instantly. Their deliverability is the reason we did not build our own sending stack. |
Calendly | Booking | Included A positive reply hands off to a Calendly link. The booking lands in the calendar the meeting is actually held in. |
Apollo | Org and contact resolution | Bring your own key Resolves an employer domain to named decision-makers with verified email addresses. Runs on your Apollo key, at your Apollo rate limits. |
Adzuna | Job-board signal | Included A sanctioned API. This is one of the two feeds that tells us a vacancy went live. |
Jooble | Job-board signal | Included The second sanctioned feed. Between the two, plus a web-search leg, we see a posting within hours. |
HubSpot | Two-way CRM sync | Requires setup Available, but it runs on your HubSpot credentials and needs configuring against your pipeline. Budget an hour with someone who knows your HubSpot. |
LinkedIn Sales Navigator | Additional signal | Roadmap Under evaluation, not shipped. There is no official LinkedIn API for this, so any route runs through third-party tooling. We are not going to give you a ship date for something that depends on a platform that can close the door. |
What this replaces
A five-recruiter agency typically pays for Apollo, Instantly, Calendly and HubSpot separately — around £920 a month — and then spends hours moving data between them. We subtract from that bill rather than adding to it.
